In total, Vines had my car for almost 3 weeks: 2 weeks to fit an airconditioning compressor and almost a week to repair the bodywork they damaged, while it was under their care for the air conditioning repair. They didn't own up to the damage; the delivery driver tried to run away after dropping it off. After repair, they refused to give me a warranty for the repair! The management of 'my case' appeared chaotic from start to finish. My car is less than 3 years old and the work was carried out under warranty.
