Booked my Venga in for it's first MoT and service, while it was in the complimentary health check showed that I needed 2 tyres straight away. Because of the easy to understand health check with a traffic light system and the knowledge of Nick and Kelly on service, They had 2 in stock at a good price, and they got them on for me straight away. TOP SERVICE and a GREAT PRICE. I will definately recommend to anybody. BEST KIA DEALER I'VE USED. p.smith

They incorrectly fitted extras that we wanted so they became damaged. They don't have an ounce of customer service never returned one call even after the sales manager promised he would make it happen! Then as we take it in to have those issues fixed and the. Siri interior and exterior protection added they break the foot well night and we have to take it back again . I'm neaver getting a Kia not because they are bad car but because of the dealerships that sell them!

Gave this garage a second chance this year after a poor experience last year... big mistake. Won’t be making that mistake again! They had our car for the day, explained that we needed 4 new tyres but we decided to go elsewhere. However a couple of days later having book our car in for this to be done only to find out that the locking wheel but had been ‘lost’ so not only could the tyre company not get the wheel of, neither could the Kia garage... After an hour on the phone about it they “REFUSED” to talk to us about it without ‘seeing the car’... They did put us in a courtesy car for a day so they could look at how to get this sorted, but that’s not the end of the storey... The next morning called and told that they had already drilled off the locking nuts (without talking to us about it in any detail) and fitted standard nuts in their place with replacements not going to be here until Tuesday (3days later) but that we had to return the loan car that day. When questioned what happens if our wheels are stolen between then and now? the branch sales manager said “well you have insurance don’t you?” So I refused to take our car back off of them as until I did it was still their responsibility. He got very angry and aggressive saying there’s nothing he could Do and I would be stealing their loan car (offered until Monday) if I were to drive away in it again. In short. They are untrustworthy liars, who are aggressive and completely are unable to carry out basic services without losing/ removing your property for it never to be seen again. They are not worth handing your money over to, I will avoid from now on and hope I’ve prepared you for what’s coming if you choose to go here still. This is not a one off experience.
