A Gentleman called Graham Salt could not have been more helpful. He immediately put my mind at rest, to what could have been an incredible stressful situation . I cannot thank him and all his co-workers enough. I highly recommend anybody to give them a try, you will not be disappointed

I had booked a 2:45 slot for someone to look at the inexplicable scratches on my windscreen. I was seen to almost immediately by a member of staff who went out to see for herself. After approx 10 minutes I noticed a member of staff drive my car away, I imagined it being investigated with a possibility of somehow it being sorted. After about another 45 min I was summoned by a suited gentleman who took me to my car and apologised that he wasn’t happy with the smears on my bonnet after they had valeted it. I was so annoyed having spent 2 plus hours detailing it just before bringing it in using UHD Autoglym wax plus polish! Why oh why didn’t they notice how gleaming my car looked? So to sum up, I wasted 45 min sitting around while someone attempted to needlessly wash my car and in doing so left streaks and rubbed off the Carnouba wax I had just applied! I am beyond annoyed.
