I've used Vagtune in Aylesbury 3 or 4 times. Their hourly rate is less than a main dealer but they always find a way to bump up the bill. I've been charged for 2 litres of coolant when all they did was top it up (actually they over filled it as well!). I was charged an additional £40 (somewhat more than a fastfit) to check the front wheel alignment when they changed a lower wishbone despite the job not requiring any interference with the steering. They always seem to require the car for the whole day for even the smallest of jobs and they have never telephoned to let me know the work has been completed. Sorry but Vagtune don't offer a good service and I wont be using them again.

VAGTUNE have serviced three different cars of ours and have always been highly competent. Prices are very reasonable with hourly labour rates offering a saving of around 50% on main dealer prices. The staff are well trained, enthusiastic and capable. Their collective knowledge of VW, Audi, Skoda and SEAT vehicles is second to none and in my opinion puts main dealers to shame.
