I have bought new Hyundai from the dealer and they service our cars. Despite have a large Hyundai dealership on my doorstep ( which I have used) I can not beat the personal service. They go the "extra mile" last year I had a problem with a Hyundai bumper protector which was rubbing the paint off the tailgate. They accessed the problem contacted Hyundai who agreed to refit the bumper protector and re spray my Tailgate under Warranty. Worth supporting the smaller dealership for the service you get

I would like to sing the praises of my local Hyundai dealership - TWG Northwich. I have a i30 which is just 3 years and 1 month old and 13000 miles. I had taken it in for service and within 24 hours of getting it back noticed that in reverse there was a growling noise. I took it back and they knew what the problem was, except that as I understood it Hyundai had put a time limit of 3 years and 9000 miles on accepting this clutch problem under warranty. I had in the previous three years taken the car in with a clutch problem on two occasions, but the problem persisted. I was advised that they would take out the clutch put in the upgraded clutch at potentially my expense, take photographs and see what the Hyundai verdict was. In the mean time I had looked on Google and did not like what I read. I am pleased to say Hyundai accepted the warranty claim and that during all this TWG were what you would expect from a good local dealership. I have to say the car is excellent, my wife has i10. I could not ask for better service either from TWG or Hyundia, both stepped up to the mark. Well done
