My Vauxhall Vectra's power steering pump broke down while we were on holiday in Northumberland. Although Tustain Motors could not obtain the part before we had to return home to Hertfordshire (by train, with the car on the back of an RAC breakdown truck), they provided us with a courtesy car for two days at no charge and generally treated us as priority customers, even though they were getting no work from us. Absolutely first-class customer service.
