The next working day, using the information on this website I contacted Dave, who recommended a contractor to tow the car from my house. The repair was carried-out efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Having had the car serviced a few weeks earlier at the manufacturer's agent, for an exorbitant price, and having to take it back because of the failure to complete the most basic tasks, Macrome Garage will have my business from now on.

We use them for MOTs [including motorcycle], servicing and repairs on two cars. It's a long established family business and the people there know a lot about cars. If you want a polished reception area, 'free' coffee, 'free' valeting, courtesy car etc., go elsewhere. If you want straightforward chat, no unnecessary work done and confidence they will get it right - this is the place. Charges always appear reasonable, too.
