Trumpet Garage, Ledbury

Had my car in a few months ago for a cam belt water pump change. Was quoted over the phone under 500 pounds. Garage then charged me 675! They Recommended fitting a new auxiliary belt which I was all for as my mileage was high. The Car then developed rattles straight after the work that got worse and worse over the next couple of months. Came in to try and see if they could have a look at it. They Didn’t even look at the car, said it was a big job and didn’t even say if they could do it. and we’re very evasive. Just taken it to another garage down the road and they’ve said that they’ve not checked any pulleys or free wheel clutches whilst doing the work. And all the new parts have caused serious damage to other components. This has cost allot of money to fix and make right. I will not be going be going to the The Trumpet Garage again.

Fran and his team know their stuff. I have taken vehicles from the 1920s to 2010s to the Trumpet Garage and have always had excellent service. If they are unsure of a problem they will always do their best to find the best solution for you. They may not be able to every job, but they know someone who can help in specialist areas. Their MOT work is strict but fair, and the servicing is always done in a timely and tidy manner.
