Trade 'n' Save, Gloucester

I visited rob to buy a car I had seen on the internet. He was very welcoming and new exactly what he was talking about. Guided me through the purchase and was v fair on price. A while later the car had a problem that could not have been foreseen. Living a long way from Gloucester I was concerned I would have difficulty sorting it, not so. Rob sorted everything for me in a matter of hours and was a true honest gent the whole time. I can honestly say, that me getting the car I had hoped for was robs number one goal and he sorted for me fast. I would recommend to anyone, especially those with a Renault ,as this is their field of expertise. Thanks again guys, so chuffed.

Rob has an excellent staff who provide the best service that we have experienced in the UK - the only places to match have been in France and Germany. Minor niggles have been fixed without appointment while we wait; major services are fairly priced; courtesy cars have been free of charge (we booked out service to fit the availability); and the effectiveness may be judged by the utter reliability of our cars over up to 90,000 miles.
