Have friends who say that their Merc garages are awful, they seem to be doing you a favour. Well this Merc garage certainly is not like that, so if others are, they should come here to learn customer service.

Good garage only do the work that is needed. Nice people. Prices fair. MOT included on older cars when serviced and of course you get all the benefits of Mercedes back up, well worth it for peace of mind. Only problem was they seemed to think that newer tyres go on the front instead of the rear (see Michelin tyre guide) but not a problem to put right. A little difficult to get to now the Hindhead tunnel is about to open.
