"Competent mechanics but lack of parking and slow checkout"

Shiny smart showroom and seemingly thorough competent mechanics. What lets them down is the attempt to cram too much business onto one site without enough parking since they closed their other site in town. The checkout is very slow not helped by sharing one card reader between all the positions! Perhaps through lack of time or Covid, they did not go through the recommendations for further work, and did not wash the car even though I had refused a courtesy car. I did not book online because when I tried last year it would only let me book a service OR an MOT and not both, however my telephone booking was answered instantly and handled very well.
