Three Ways Garage, Charing

Unfortunately after years of using this garage for both of our cars we will not be returning. Our car was left with them for a full service and on returning to collect the car it had damage to the front passenger side of the car, removing the paintwork and a dent, it had clearly been hit either within the prep area or by them moving the vehicle. On showing the damage to them, not only did they deny any knowledge but they tried to polish it out, clearly polishing is not going to fix that damage! The employee seemed annoyed to be pulled away from his mobile to sort but when failing to correct it was rude and basically said it’s good enough considering branch scratches on the car. I’m sorry but you don’t leave your property somewhere to care for it only to return to find it damaged and I don’t expect to be treated like that after being a loyal customer spending thousands when there are alternatives available in the area. Avoid this garage, there are other friendlier more professional garages in the area and if you do take your chances make sure you take pictures of your car before leaving it in their ‘care’.

Cannot fault three ways. Honest mechanics, great prices, good communication with customers, they're polite and helpful and very professional. MOT are honest doesn't feel like they are looking for work, just doing a genuine test. As it's family run you get a feeling of reassurance that they genuinely care about the customer and their vehicles. I highly recommend them.
