You know when you speak to someone and you know they know what they are talking about... Robert & Steve know there stuff just no Bull**it. Great job at keen price. The repair was done by Bruce and as much as really wanted to see the repair I just couldnt ...fantastic job guys Had to wait a couple of weeks as they are so busy but hey who cares was worth waiting for quality

I left BMW 1 series in for its annual service and forgot that it was due it's MOT due less than 1 month later; went on to FAIL MOT because needed new brake pads/discs. At service garage had written these were both fine and no issues on test driving. Left in a dilema as nowhere could do work quickly and then needed to pay for 2 MOT's. Im really not sure what the Village Garage actually did during the service, not a lot by the looks of it. Was very upset as I thought I'd finally found a small local enterprise I could trust. Even more upsetting, they did not have the courtesy to respond to an email I sent regarding this matter. I would NOT recommend this garage to anymore of my friends/collegues.

As a long standing customer (seven years) our BMW has been kept in perfect order by Robert and Bruce. I became a customer after experiencing sloppy servicing from the main dealer and have never looked back. Robert and Bruce are prepared to discuss and offer advice on any aspect of the car - for example winter driving. We cover around 20k miles per year in all conditions and having a totally reliable vehicle properly set up on winter tyres is a joy to drive.
