The Country Garage

They are a small garage by comparison to another BMW dealership in Belfast. Whilst that garage is good too, the garage folk I have come into contact with are seasoned mechanics, by this I mean they have cut their teeth on Agri machinery. Just look at the average age of the Service team, they’re old school, for them it’s about pride in doing the job right. And whilst the three service personnel are the face of the Garage I have found them to be quite knowledgeable too. In the event of some more detailed technical issue they have introduced you to the Garage Foreman & mechanic. They have always contact me if there’s more work required than originally specified and they have always been open to discuss the pros and cons of waiting until another service indicator or whatever. As one would expect all of staff make time for a chat, a coffee and the nicest scones around.
