Only visited because the car I was looking for is in short supply. Bought a mint condition, low milage example though the AUDI APPROVED scheme. There was an issue with the car, which concerned me, as it had missing service history. They knew this, but still sold it as AUDI APPROVED. As a condition of purchase, I insisted on the car being properly serviced - in addition to the much publicised 'Audi 145 point check'. When I got the car home, I found they had done neither of the above - infact, they had done nothing to the car i.e. no service stamp, and no 145 point check. If they had done any work ay all, they could explain not even having pumped the tyres up!!! Even 12 months later, when the car was serviced at a dealer closer to my home, defects with the car were still turning up that Tetbury were asked to put right, and that I had highlighted to them at the time of purchase. When I went back to Tetbury, to explain, I was shouted at by one of the managers, who said they had 'no legal responsibility for the car after 3 months'. Strange this, as they sold me a three year warranty, and a two-year service package. Surely they have responsibility under a warranty. I have never had such rude, unprofessional and unhelpful customer service from any dealer, including BMW, Jaguar, and VW. I will never go back to Tetbury, and would have more confidence buying from a car supermarket, and getting an AA inspection done on the car for peace of mind.
