Awful. Overpriced. Rude. Argumentative. Quoted for work that wasn't necessary. Phoned up and told there was a dint in my car that needed fixing yet the service manager couldn't find it when I collected the vehicle. DO NOT agree to any work over the phone, they will try to rob you of all the money you have. I was nearly charged £180 for a back brake light that they had supposedly 'checked'. Got home and found the wiring had been pulled out, yet I had been quoted for the repair!
