Shocking service. After bringing the car in and pay £650 repair, which didn’t solve the problem cause the turbo needs changing, they did the other repairs even knowing that the big problem wasn’t gonna be solved. But that’s not the shocking bit, the shocking part is that when we went to sell the car the day after to a car dealer and we opened the bonet, THE ENGINE COVER WAS MISSING. But wait cause it gets even better…. We rang them (at the 4th time trying to contact them in 2 days, someone called James said he will call but never did) and when we get hold of someone called Mark who makes different calls to find out what happened and for our surprise says that… THE ENGINE COVER IS IN THE BOOT OF THE CAR!!!! See the photos because I think this is one of the most bizarre things ever happened to me with a car repair. Almost felt like scammed by a dodgy garage rather than the premium BMW service. SHOCKING And no apology or attempt to fix the problem, just there you go, it’s the boot your problem now!

I bought my BMW 325 ci just over a year ago after becoming disenchanted with my Audi dealer. I was treated really well, given a fair price for my Audi TT and generally made to feel "special". The servicing guys have helped me out a couple of times and always gone the extra mile. The staff from the salesmen through to the receptionists are always pleasant and helpful.
