Every time I visit Swindon Audi I am left shocked by their customer service. They are unprofessional and unhelpful and after buying 5 brand new Audi’s from them - never again

I took my A3 in for MOT knowing that the headlamps needed adjusting following a trip abroad. The technician found the adjustment lever inside the headlamp, disconnected. Along with the service advisor a solution was sought to avoid costly removing of the front bumper and headlamp but it was deemed not possible. Unable to take up valuable workshop time at no cost a heavily discounted rate was offered which would have been most acceptable. In the end the job took longer than expected and so even the discounted rate was removed and I paid for just the MOT. The service advisor provided exemplary customer service throughout. Although I have never bought a car from Swindon Audi I have been a regular customer for service and accessories so was overwhelmed when this was deemed of sufficient value to the business to qualify for such consideration. Now I truly understand what is meant by the desired customer experience at Audi to be that of feeling like one of the Audi family. Top marks, fully recommend this dealer.
