SW Autos, Biddenden

I can't make a recommendation about work carried out as they can't even be bothered to show up at their garage. Pre-booked a cam belt replacement for 10:00 am, no one was there, the premises were all locked up, waited until 11:00 am, still no show. As I'm an hour's drive away it was a wasted morning for me along with fuel. I subsequently attempted communication via phone, E-mail & via their Facebook page, couldn't even be bothered to give me the courtesy of a response. That indicates to me how they like to run their business. Therefore it would seem I had a lucky escape. Complete waste of space. BTW on their website it shows a car park full of high-end cars, it's nothing of the sort, it's a dingy clapped out workshop & the car park had an old Volvo in the corner in bits & that was it. You have been warned.

SW Autos is by far the best garage I have been to in a long long time! They have all new kit and a professional attitude. MOT ramp for my lowered vehicle which many garages struggle with! Much cheaper than main dealer prices that's for sure!! Have already recommended to my friends and family. Thank you all for your help and advice.

My car was reported as needing over £3000 worth of work by a main dealer for its mot and service so I trolled the internet for a independent quote. sw autos came highly recommended so I gave them a call. Stuart the owner told me he would happily look at the car free of charge and give me his honest opinion. after he had checked the car over I was told and personally shown in his workshop that the main dealer had been obviously over zealous in there quote as well as what was needed. Stuart quoted me just over £500 for the service, MOT and the small repairs that where actually needed to keep my car in a good roadworthy standard. I feel totally ripped off by the dealer now and have full confidence in sw autos and there confident approach to quality workmanship. Stuart the owner is also a master technician for Volvo, Ford, Peugeot, Aston Martin, Porsche, Audi etc and is the first garage in my life who I have ever felt any confident in a honest job and the work carried out. I must also say after the work carried out by sw autos all of my reported problems where solved and my car felt excellent i cannot recommend sw autos enough for quality,attention to detail and proper customer service as well as saving me £2500 in dealer repair bills.

I could not find a decent independent garage in Spain for my good nick, 1995 Volvo 850 T-5R. I found SW Autos had a respectable reputation, so I chanced my arm, made an appointment and limped my car 1400km to get it fixed. The turbo was not working and there were a number of other faults including electrical and suspension problems. Stuart and Mitch and SW Autos bent over backwards to give me back a car that I could enjoy driving again. They succeeded admirably where others much closer to home, including a Volvo main dealer, had failed catastrophically. I doubt there is anything that SW Autos don't know about Volvos, and they appear to relish getting old un's back up and running. To say that I was delighted would be an understatement, I was ready to scrap the car that I loved, now it is going better than it ever has done and it will hopefully fly through it's Spanish MOT (ITV). They are not restricted to Volvo of course, and I unreservedly recommend them. Unsurprisingly they are busy, but well worth putting in a call talking your requirements through, and making a booking.
