We just arrived in Bradford when the car would not start after stopping for a short stop.Joined aa but then the car started up ok,so took it to strathmore on Thornton road where they repaired the six year old merc for 1600pounds,could not believe it because it’s only done less than 60000miles.they changed the bars to the front wheels after giving a health check.when my father took the bars to his registered Mercedes mechanic they said why have you brought those here,my father told them what happened and they said they would not have changed them and it was only a nine pound relay switch to fix the car.They might have been short of work l think

I purchased A used 2016 Mercedes A class with 32265 miles from them within 3000 miles I started to experience uneven wheel wear. So I contacted them to get it sorted but was told it was not covered by the warranty and the problem could of happened after I bought the car and so they refused to fix the problem themselves leaving me to complain to trading standards.

Bought an Approved Used Mercedez-Benz B-class from this dealer. On test drive, I complained the brakes were acting funny. I was told the brake had been checked and the engineers found it satisfactory. 2 months down the line, brake failed. Mercedez Benz of Sheffield found both front and rear bakes faulty and reported to Bradford. Halfords also found the brakes were dangerously and badly corroded. Repeatedly chased the garage. They did not accept responsibility and never returned calls. Reported to Mercedez customer services only for the garage to claim no knowledge of the issues despite several direct conversations and report from Mercedez-Benz of Sheffield. Avoid this garage by all means. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. If you must use them, make sure you double check whatever they claim they've done.
