I arrived as the garage opened and was dealt with immediately. A (new) loan car was provided, and the staff kept me updated throughout the day on how my car was progressing through their system. Documentation was comprehensive and explained to me. Pricing for the job was detailed and fair, and there was no pressure to have other (recommended) work carried out.

I arrived ( from 38 miles away) at 8 am and was promptly dealt with and a clean loan car provided. The service desk staff were friendly and efficient. I have used this garage for the past 7 years, both for car purchases and service and have always found the services professional and the staff welcoming and always willing to prime with a loan car.
