Stockport Audi

I have just purchased a used Audi A3 from Stockport Audi. The deal involved downsizing, both in size and value and I received a much better offer for my car than from a number of other dealers who I contacted. I dealt with John Kelly who was first class from the word go. I enquired about the A3 over the phone and he Emailed me photo's of the car and also brought the car to my home to show it to me, once a provisional deal had been agreed. The car was prepared to a very high standard, including the fitting of 4 new tyres, brake pads & discs all round and cambelt - this was after the deal had been agreed (the car had only done 27.000 miles) and this showed the thoroughness of the Audi preparation. John kept in regular communication with me and everything was sorted out very quickly and efficiently, with John delivering the car to me and taking my previous car away. I could not have asked for more and I would highly recommend Stockport Audi and John Kelly in particular, if you are thinking of buying an Audi. I have dealt with a number of Audi dealerships over the years, but this was my best experience by far.

I went into STOCKPORT AUDI after a very bad experience at another audi dealer, I explained the car I wanted and the deal I had been offered at the other dealer who had messed me around playing games, I was told they had the same car and spec in their depot and they could do the same deal which was great news to me so we agreed they would get the car in from the depot the following morning so I could see it and then I would buy it. This whole conversation only took ten minutes as I was ready to buy on condition of getting me the vehicle at the deal the other audi dealer had offered, the next day I went to see the car and was pleased it was what I wanted and agreed I'd buy it 5 minutes into seeing! I went back to work to wait for the sales guy from STOCKPORT AUDI to send me the paperwork to sign but an hour later I get a call from STOCKPORT AUDI telling me the car was now £6000 more than we had agreed the night before and they denied ever discussing the deal we had agreed upon! They then tried offering me a lower spec car to get the price they original agreed! I warn every potential buyer to avoid this dealership at all costs or face the consequences of dishonest price inflating coupled with terrible sales games! I was ready to purchase a £50,000 vehicle in 5 minutes so couldn't of been an easier customer or sale for a dealership but instead of being treated with honesty and good business practice I am lied to, accused of being a liar and overcharged by £6000!
