This garage provided excellent service and made me feel like I was in good hands. The person I dealt with was extremely open, friendly and easy to deal with. He picked up and dropped off my car, turned around the initial repair extremely quickly, diagnosed and quoted a brake issue which I also had fixed, and gave a complimentary diagnosis of the overall condition of the car. At every stage I received pro-active, open communication which deserves the highest praise At no stage did I feel pressured to have any work done beyond the initial repair (it was diagnosis and quoted price only, leaving me free to shop around if needed) Overall, my Porsche is something I saved for years to buy and is very much a prized possession which I intend to keep for many years to come. I felt that I was dealing with experts, and that I could absolutely trust in their work - and this means more to me than saving a small amount by trusting in my own repair skills or by using a non specialist garage to undertake the repairs; the reassurance that the car has been professionally fixed is invaluable

I was extremely impressed by the service provided to me by Daniel and his team. Nothing was too much trouble. The team met me from the local train station on the day I collected the car which was great service. I was provided with some additional touch up paint which was really appreciated. I found the whole experience easy and would certainly recommend this garage to others.

My car went in for work and came back with a fault that wasn’t present when the was initially dropped off. Later found a part was removed and fitted with an incorrect one. Why I have no idea avoid this place. The owner is also miserable
