Last week I was less than six miles into my journey to the Lake District when the electrics failed on my vehicle. I contacted my Emergency Service (the RAC) who said help would arrive in 4 (yes, four) hours time. After half an hour I managed to restart my vehicle and carefully headed directly to this my regular garage to see if they could advise or help me. Within a couple of minutes Dave diagnosed the fault and, within an hour had completely rectified the fault and my wife and I were able to recommence our journey. I would add that I have been coming to this garage for many years (after a personal recommendation) and, in all that time, I have always received exemplary and honest service....and never 'taken for a ride' with the costs. Without any hesitation, I can thoroughly recommend Sterling Motors.

I went to Stirling Motors (Dave) having had a bad experience with my previous garage trying to rip me off by saying extra work needed doing when it did not. Dave is totally straightforward and his prices are right.

Dave has serviced my cars for more than twenty years. At no time, after a service, has he told me that something needs doing when it clearly doesn't unlike the garage where I purchase my first car. I am about to move out of area and will be hard-pressed to find some as reliable.

I have used this garage for our three cars for at least 20yrs and have always found the service to be exemplary - especially as I am probably one of the worst customers as I do all the easy bits of servicing and repair work myself! Any MoT work [our cars are oldish] has always fair and justifiable, not unnecessary.

I have used this garage for a number of years now for various car with different faults & the usual service items (timing belts etc) with no complaints at all! MOT have been hassle free with Dave popping the odd bulb in if i have not spotted. They are based right in the middle of town so it is easy to do a bit of shopping if the job is small! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sterling Motors to any of my family!!!

Extremely helpful, Advice given to consider when major services due - even advised upcoming issues knowing that i do a few jobs myself!
