I bought a replacement battery for my mini which failed after just over a year. After phoning to confirm it was covered under warranty (I was told it was), I made the half hour drive to the garage only for them to proceed to waste another hour of my time making excuses and seemingly looking for reasons why they didn't have to replace the faulty part. Eventually they did a test on my car and I was told that the battery was not covered under warranty because I did too many short journeys! After this experience, I don't plan on coming back here again for parts and servicing if there's any way I can possibly avoid it, and I'll switch to using a local mechanic in future.

It's rare I can be bothered to leave reviews about anything and even rarer that I go out of my way to leave a positive review. These guys were excellent: - they only performed the agreed work (brake fluid) at a competitive price - they highlighted other maintenance matters free of charge without pressuring me to get more work done by them - they texted to say when the car was ready - they cleaned the car (even blacking the tyres) - the gave me a lift to the station after dropping the car off This was all for a minimal procedure on quite an old BMW.
