I had my car MOTed at Staunton Garage earlier. The initial quote for repairs needed to get the car through the MOT was just over £300. Without asking, this was bumped up to approx. £450, which I was told about an hour before I was due to pick my car up. When I picked my car up, the bill was in fact £500, because they had 'forgotten' and 'misquoted'. I want my money back. This is an appalling service and I expect much better.
