Took my daughters car here for a gearbox oil and filter service and a track rod end they charged me over one thousand pounds. i asked why it was so expensive. they told me that the machine they use to change the gearbox fluid was expensive. never again will i trust this garage they are opportunist that prey on trusting customers. The main dealer nearby later told me that what star autocare had charged was extortionate

honest down to earth approach seem to care about customer needs . Would use again value for money .

I have used this garage a number of times and they are great. Pleasant and helpful staff who have a good knowledge of the business but can explain it in layman's terms. If they say they are going to phone you back they actually do - unlike many business - and the estimate of both time and cost has always been spot on.

I was stranded with a broken trailer on the A55. Hywel from Star Autocare came out with me to rescue and fix my trailer there and then. Excellent service and good value. They will be getting all my business in future.
