Very easy to do business with We went to Stanways Wednesday afternoon. Saw a car we loved. Wasn't sure how to proceed as my existing vehicle was still on finance. Stanways sorted everything. Helped me get the settlement figure on the finance (which they then paid and knocked difference off my (new to me) car so I didn't have to do anything). Also sorted all the paperwork for that car / transfer of ownership and helped me tax new vehicle (as wasn't sure how to do that when just picking up new car that wasn't previously in my name). Sorted service, MOT, Warranty. All this ready for me to collect the new car on Friday, less than 48 hours later. So easy to do business with. What a nice bloke. No drama. No hard sell. Just incredibly helpful and very reasonable and just took all the hassle out of everything. I am now a huge fan and will use them again when ready to change cars. This is exactly what buying a car should be, easy and enjoyable. Feeling incredibly happy with my lovely new honda jazz. Would highly recommend this dealership. A local business definitely worth supporting. Brilliant!! ??

I bought a saab that has not only had major front end damage but it also turns out the chassis no is different to the registration documents. I've spent the last 6 months being fobbed off so I have now started legal proceedings and informed the trading standards office. I would strongly suggest that you get an independent vehicle check before buying from this dealer.
