This garage has been around a long time and look after their long term customers. They will charge at the lower end of the going rate and will turn the job round as stated. As ever there could be hiccups with other customers (issues/problems etc causing overrun) but if you have an understanding of car mechanics it helps. Basic mechanics they are great but anything overly technical requiring proper main dealer diagnostics then forget it. Joe public has to realise the limitations of the smaller garage but we still need them to avoid getting ripped off by the main dealers and overly enthusiastic charging by some independents
