I bought a car 5 months ago which went into limp mode and the DPF warning light had come on. The car was under warranty so I approached 4 other garages before approaching Sprint and they all said they wouldn’t repair the car because warranty companies are notoriously difficult to deal with, time consuming and often don’t pay out. I’m so grateful to Sprint who said they’d help me. Turns out there were other issues with the car like a damaged intercooler, air intake pipe and thermostat. Jon phoned me and kept me up to date with what was wrong with the car and spoke in layman terms so I could understand. He sent photos to the warranty company and showed me the damage on the intercooler. I also spoke with the owner on another occasion who was fully aware of the problems too. One of my friends who lives more local to Sprint has been taking her car here for years which was reassuring too. They even cleaned the outside of the car! I can’t rate the garage highly enough.

I Went To Sprint Motors For A Mot And Service I Was Recommended To This Garage By A Friend. When The MOT Had Been Done I Was Then taken To the Car Whilst It Was On The Ramp And Physically Shown What Was Wrong. The Repairs Was Then Carried Out At A Very Reasonable Price. The Reason I Am Recommending This Garage Is I Thought It Was Excellent How I Was Shown The Actual Fault Ad Not Just Told I Owe Extra Money.
