I hate taking my car into the garage, but when a friend recommended Spencer and Gilbert when my MOT was due, I thought I'd give them a go. I have to say it was the most painless experience. I handed over my keys and they even had a nice little area for me to wait for it to be tested. I also ordered a spare number-plate for my caravan and it was ready for me upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful team. Best experience with my car ever.
