Please avoid, I was sent here via BMW, I’ve used many bmw garages and this is by far the worst. Over charging and rude, no welcome no politeness, no care, and a genuine dislike to not wanting their ridiculous scare mongering of what needs doing urgently! Went in for a recall few weeks and came back with an excessively ridiculous amount of urgent repairs needed, and a genuine annoyance for not wanting the work carried out there. I took it elsewhere where it actually needed half the work at quarter of the cost. I did not speak to one helpful or polite member of staff the entire dealings I had, rude, unhelpful and all about the money, not something you consider when you think of the bmw brand. Avoid.

My Partner Mike and I Purchased a BMW Z4 M series from this dealership. We were dealing with Jamie Page who seemed very nice to start with, how wrong were we! We went to collect the car and was told it had flown through its MOT with no issues and no advisories. We were given a welcome pack ( MOT had been put in with all the paperwork) As this is supposed to be a reputable company selling luxury cars we had no reason to doubt the MOT. We noticed a small crack in the windscreen and was by Jamie it had been professionally repaired by them the day before. ( again no reason to doubt that) We asked for the paperwork for the windscreen repair as we wanted the guarantee that it comes with. We were told he would forward that on to us as he needed to find it. We got home and were filing away the paperwork when we came across the MOT document, We were absolutely horrified to find out that we had been lied to! The MOT stated all four tires have perished and one had a nail in it! Honestly could not believe that BMW would do this, Its fraudulent misrepresentation and completely illegal to not be up front about an MOT! You do not spend £25,000 on a car and have four dodgy tires and a nail in one of them. We emailed Jamie and asked why he had lied to about the MOT, he emailed back stating he had not read the Document, this is obviously complete rubbish. We asked again for the windscreen paperwork which we never got. We made a complaint to his manager Jason Osbourne who did not seem overly bothered about the fact a staff member had broken the law and he also didn't really seem that surprised. We demanded all the tires be replaced as I was not prepared to drive around in a sports car with four perished tires. He agreed to do this but I had to call every day for a week chasing the money and give up my Saturday to get them done. I asked Jason to send me the windscreen paperwork, I got an email back saying there was no record of the widescreen being repaired and he had no idea why we had been lied too, as Jamies had now left the dealership ( great !) We were in total disbelief that this was happening again. We had to chase Jason ( again) to get an appointment for the windscreen to be fixed. We were also told the car came with the built-in Apps interface that supported Spotify but this also was not true. We had to drive to surrey to be told it was not added as an extra when the car was built. Jason's attitude has been disgusting, he was making constant excuses for the behavior we had experienced. I explained to Jason that this was a case of fraudulent misrepresentation and he offered to by the car back. We had had the car for two weeks by this time. We live in London so had all the parking permits already assigned to the car, congestion charging account set up and had taken out gap insurance etc, plus we had sold our other car. It's not that easy to just sell it back! We asked for the most senior member of management to contact us and we never heard back from anybody. We at no point were offered any type of compensation. We asked that the money we had spent on the paint protector to be refunded ( They did do this ) This companies ethics are absolutely disgusting, They would give Del Boy a run for his money. I have filed a formal complaint against them with BMW head office, they advised this was "completely unacceptable and not the behaviors that they want associating with their brand" I would advise anybody wanting to buy a car from this particular showroom to turn around and walk straight back out. BMW's biggest mistake was to let companies like this trade off the back of their brand, we no longer have the peace of mind and protection that we as consumers expect from a Luxury brand such as BMW. All companies and their staff are entitled to make the odd error, we are all human, however when it gets to the stage that MOT's are being misrepresented then there really isn't much further down into the gutter a company can go.

I have used them for 3 years. They have serviced my 7 series and done the odd repair. They're a BMW garage so don't expect £35 an hour labour rate but they are honest and you'll be advised up front
