Initially they gave good customer service and no problems but then they started to get really busy and overbooked themselves and couldn't handle the customs they were already dealing with so I got really bad customer service

I have used Sovereign so many times. I feel I am treated fairly and with respect. I usually hate using garages, but everyone here is polite and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond. Everything is well explained without making me feel stupid. I would never go anywhere else

Single female drives her car into garage,that she was recommend by her elderly Neighbour. She receives t excellent service at fair price. The garage owner talks her through what has been done to the car & why ,talks her through the serive book which they have stamped and she is treated with respect . Just Mega !
