I have used VW garage for 30 years and have found them to be the most dependable, competant and professional business I have ever come across. My cars are always serviced and repaired by them, and I have never had a breakdown nor ave my cars ever failed to start immediately. Some have run to 250,000 miles and have been snapped up by buyers when I changed them. When a warranty problem was found on my 12 month old Passat on the eve of going away (the rear screen was leaking) they willingly gave me a brand new Golf 1.9Tdi SE to take instead. (We liked it so much I bought one for my wife). The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. It is said that they never sell a car - the customer buys it and their workshop prices are affordable
