Car was taken in in limp mode , and missing badly. Read codes said it was no.3 injector. Said needed to change all four £1500 I told them to change the fuel filter just in case , which they did braking the pipe in the mean time £275 They said they needed to wait for the a chap to come to read the codes better because they did not have the equipment, but they can code an injector in on the car , funny that lol This chap never turned up and after 2weeks of being messed around we pulled the car , paid the £275 thieving bastards And put into a garage that’s got the knowledge and experience to do the job for half the price DO NOT TOUCH this cowboy outfit

Booked in for an electrical repair which became faulty after 2 days. Would only look at it again if paid more to do so ! Now they say I didn’t book it in for it to be repaired ?? Going elsewhere for a proper job.

Do not trust this garage, they mis-sold me a vehicle and not only told me that the car was in good working order, they did not disclose various electrical issues with it. They wanted me to pay for all the parts to put the vehicle right (to actually make it roadworthy), and would not refund me my money. Not even worth the 1 star.

Have used Sopley Garage for many years now, and will continue to do so. Staff are nice and friendly, they won't find extra work that doesn't need doing, and go that extra mile to keep the customer happy. I trust the implicitly with all my vehicles when I don't want to do the work myself. For an even better service, just take cake!
