Whole host of issues that this garage chose to ignore, including me. Appalling attitude by senior members of their staff.

In May I bought a BMW 318d M-Sport Touring Auto on an 09 plate. The car had only done 16,000 miles and was not due for service until 18000. However I was keen to have the car checked over and serviced. The telephone support at this dealer was first class. When I explained that I lived 30 miles away I was offered a choice of timed appointments and told that I could have coffee, wifi and entertainment while I waited. The car was booked for 11am and completed by 12-20pm, 10 minutes ahead of the promised completion time. The service included a brake fluid change and came to £295 in total which was the least I had paid in recent years (my previous cars were Merc C-class 2008 and 2006 models). A free diagnostic check was carried out and I was taken through the invoice item by item. Finally the dealer promised me that they would be prepared to compete with any quote for future work on the car. Staff were brilliant, car was cleaned and the whole experience was top draw.
