Snows BMW, Portsmouth

I have just bought a new BMW from Snows. Their handling of the process from start to finish was exemplary! The salesman was a delight to deal with - highly competent, organised and professional in addition to being a thoroughly nice person! I am a repeat customer and have never been dissatisfied with any aspect of Snow's business - repairs, servicing, sales etc. The lead clearly comes from the top and both the MD and the Sales Manager (in addition to the many other members of staff one encounters) are a terrific advert for the dealership and a huge credit to BMW GB. I am treated as an individual and not a number. Most impressed!
