"Poor service"

Read More

The electrics failed on our Eos (just out of warranty). Rang SKF for some assistance. Basically turned me down flat. Wont come out to assist at roadside, you need to have VW Assist or join the AA, didn't even suggest anyone I could call. Very poor 'corporate' service.
