I went to this garage in the spirit of supporting small businesses, especially in light of Covid-19. I am new to the area and was in search of a reliable friendly garage so I came across this place. Upon first impression the niceties pull you in only to unveil an ugly character and ill manners from the owner himself - who screamed at me when I questioned his pricing that changed 3 different times. Beware of garages that change pricing after giving you a final quote (after many previous contradicting ones), especially those that turn mean and ugly when you politely decide you no longer feel comfortable with them overall. I spent £50 to be shouted at, told never to return when I chose not to pay £1k+ for a job that I was later quoted only £600. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, I will gladly spread the word about the ill treatment and belligerent man who runs this garage. I am not mad. Just very disappointed that people like him feel it is alright to treat other fellow humans this way. Final thoughts about this place - OVERPRICED, UNTRUSTWORTHY & UGLY CHARACTER.

They successfully repaired the passenger door which had a deep horizontal scratch along it. They quoted me a timescale and an estimated cost and did the repair within both estimates. Helpful and courteous when collecting the vehicle and returning it to me. I turned to them as the Fiat garage I'd been using failed to deal with a couple of issues that could have been fixed within the warranty period. I will certainly go back there for my next service and MOT.

the work was inadequate! I also provided new water pump new belt adjuster new steering pump belt to now discover they hadn't done it at all! after having my vehicle inspected don't take your Volvo there!

I have been taking my cars here for nearly 10 years. I sometimes turn up without a booking for a small job and they manage to squeeze me in.
