Amazing dealership, they make you feel very welcome. I had an issue with my focus that 5 different garages couldn’t diagnose. Within 15 mins the workshop guy( think he’s called lee..?) came out and told me he had fixed my problem. Credit to the company, I will be returning, and recommending you to friends and family

Very unhappy - purchased a car, and within 6 months steering needed fixing. The dealership misdiagnosed the problem, and so a few months later when the issue returned (outside of warranty) I was told the repair cost would more than 10% of the price paid for the car! My problem, apparently. 'at what point does the customer take ownership of the vehicle?' was my favourite 'get stuffed' quote. Latest issue - my car was apparently serviced when I bought it, but the log book has no stamp. Was it ever serviced? I've asked twice if the car had been serviced at the outset. Maybe 3rd time is the charm... Rubbish!
