Consistently excellent service from all members of staff and all this at a reasonable price. It really is a pleasure to be able to visit a business where you have trust in the service and advice you receive. If only this experience could be repeated across the full range of business relationships.

I took the Tiguan in after emailing query. Garry the manager personally tested my Tiguan with a meter for half an hour but couldn’t finish it,asked me to come back again on a suitable agreed day NO CHARGE

I have just moved to Tresillian, Truro and was told by a good friend that if I needed a good garage to go to S.J Grigg located at Probus. Well I got a call from my Wife while I was at work to inform me our van had broken down which turned out to be the starter motor had died. I had the vehicle checked over by Green Flag and dropped it off to Griggs, they fitted a new Bosch starter because that's what they recommended and collected me from my home to get my repaired van back. I received my invoice 3 days later and paid by Bacs transfer. Very friendly and professional family run business, I am so satisfied that finally I found a trustworthy garage after many years of driving, outstanding.

They even gave us a slot for the following week where there was none available because they were anxious about a defect with the car that needed doing urgently. A family service like I grew up with.

No comment needed really. You can take you car here with complete confidence that it will be serviced/repaired to the highest standard by a garage that really understands good customer service.

Mr Grigg and his wife and staff are of the old school with nothing being too much trouble,they collect and deliver from your home,ring you if anything wants doing extra,sends an account a week after what ever service they have performed,and puts you in the picture if anything will require attending too before the next service/MOT,I and many of my friends will always recommend them
