I've just bought a old VW Fox. I wanted a respected garage and VW specialist to service it for me, for my peice of mind. Took the car on a Saturday morning. The staff were very attentive and talked through what they would do. When finished again the staff worked through the details of work carried out. My first visit, I'll be coming back.

We have now used Shortfield on several occasions over the last three years for MOTs and servicing. The Shortfield team are friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. I took my classic there, and I was delighted that the mechanics loved working on the car, and knew what they were doing. MOT, services and repairs have been straight forward and perfect.

I had an MOT last November, and I found the garage friendly and pragmatic, with advisories well explained. After that experience, I had my car checked over today, which I thought very well conducted, and with a very clear explanation of findings, and suggested action. All in all, honest, knowledgable and straight forward. Equally happy with modern and classics.

Went through a rather large puddle and ended up with a very sad car. Shortfield slotted me in at short notice and really helped me out! Very happy. Been going to these guys for years and couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks shortfield :-)

Took my car in for MOT and service in December. Greeting was as always very friendly. Have used the garage for many years because I trust them.
