The in-car heater broke down rendering the car undrivable in wet or cold conditions as the screen could not easily be cleared. Shalford Autocentre quickly diagnosed the issue and called me immediately to discuss the cost and timing of the work. The work was completed with 24 hours, ahead of time, and to a very high standard. The team went about and beyond what I expected by also replacing filters.
