Segensworth Autos

Looked at some cars here, spoke to 2 men on the forecourt, a young lad that was moving cars around the place, and a worker, said his name was Sam. Both rude to me, young lad ignored me twice and the other one was really condescending and sharp, even quite snappy with me when I asked about one of their cars. The pictures of their cars online look much better than up close, as half of the cars to me, looked dirty and really poor condition, which is ironic as they have a huge car wash right next to them. I wouldn't buy a car from them, not with their attitude.

I drove 2.5hrs to Fareham for a meeting and became worried about a noise the car was making. I randomly called in to Segensworth Autos on the industrial estate by J9 and they kindly took it in without an appointment, to diagnose the problem. They explained to me it was the wheel bearing and whilst it wasn't possible to replace on the day due to being late in the afternoon I've since had it replaced at my home garage and the noise was instantly gone, so their diagnosis was 100% correct. Segensworth Autos also showed me where two of my tyres were quite badly worn and I got them to change them for me while the car was in there, this was all after turning up out of the blue.

I have been with this garage for about 15 years. Unlike other garages I have visited in the past, they are completely honest and NEVER try to pull the wool over your eyes. Nothing gets done unless it NEEDS to be done. Prices are very competitive. Staff are kind and courteous and will always go the extra mile to help. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
