Rex and hjs team did a first class job in solving a non obvious and complicated electrical fault on my motorhome for which my wife and I are very appreciative of. Bob & Margaret Stapleton Okehampton.

Our Fiat Doblo 1.9 multi jet told my wife via the computer that the engine had failed 50 miles from home on Good Friday, she read the handbook re the cymbal displayed on the screen and found that the car could be driven slowly so she was able to get home. The Tuesday after the bank holiday we took it to our local Fiat dealer Sanders of Milton Dameral N/Devon and left it with them to fit it in when they could. That evening they phoned and said that the egr valve had failed and leave it with them. The following morning they rang to say that Fiat had agreed to pay for it completly, being pensioners on a very limited budget (and Sanders were not aware of this), we were very pleased with Fiat and Sanders.
