Samsons were recommended to me a couple of years ago and they sorted out a problem that two other garages had not been able to pin down. What is more, what they charged me for doing so was more than reasonable. We have two cars, and an ancient Suzuki and a Ford Kuga and they have bailed me out of problems on both with at all times demonstrating a level of courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile that has almost left me feeling guilty because they have always presented me with a bill at the end of the day which I was more than happy to pay.

Samson Motor Engineers fitted me on 26th March for an MOT the following morning. I turned up on the 27th and was honestly informed my car would be on the ramp by 9am. Dan did my MOT, his explanations were straightforward and non-jargon, he told me what work my car needed, what would need attention, what could wait and by what time I could expect the car to be ready. Dan said he would phone me when he'd completed the work, and he did - previous garages I've had to badger. The overall cost was a third less than what I thought I'd reasonably expected. Staff were polite, friendly and didn't talk down to me, a non-technical layman. Brilliant! P.S.: they had my mobile contact details on file for prompt reference for calling me. I lost my recent MOT on Bathwick Tyres' forecourt a couple of weeks later. As the MOT had their number on the back, Bathwick could phone them and Samson called me in turn. Super!

I have used Samson Motors for a couple of years now for both our cars. They do very good work at a very reasonable rate. They will pickup and drop off the car for servicing / MOTs which is very convenient as we both start work early. Basically I've never had any issues with them hence continuing to use them even as we have changed cars over the years they all get serviced / MOT'd at Samsons.
