Ryland Honda

It was my first visit so I feel it is too early to be too enthusiastic. They now trade as Swansway not Ryland. They did the service in the time span quoted and charged what they said they would; no hidden charges. The car was returned clean and has run well since though the fuel consumption is not as good as it has been. I have no idea if the servicing has anything to do with that. The Bluetooth connection has never worked properly on this car and they were unable to correct this. I have signed up for a monthly direct debit to pay for my next service. Free coffee was provided whist I waited. On the negative side the staff were totally unable to offer advice on the bus service that runs past the garage. I was surprised at that.
