Have owned my Auris which I purchased from them for 6 yrs. I have a service plan every 2 yrs which includes MOT's, brake fluid change & air-con service The prices have barely changed in 4 yrs & I get preferential booking well in advance Although a main dealer they compete strongly on labour & parts except tyres Always polite & helpful offering excellent value
