Was offered a cut price MOT. Tester found faulty wiper blades. Cost exactly the difference between reduced price MOT and standard price. Coincidence? maybe. Less pleasantly, my father in law found his car oil level was approx 1 litre low after service. An unsmiling, unapologetic, member of staff handed him a bottle of oil and without saying a word went to another task.
