"Poor Customer Service"

This is one of those garages where they have a lot of knowledge but simply take on to much work, they never complete all the things that need doing, often rush jobs and make mistakes. Some minor and others that cost a lot to put right. Simple things like overfilling, using the wrong grade oils, leaving things loose etc. i even heard of one member saying they fitted a faulty steering box which nearly caused an accident! This is a real shame as they have such extensive knowledge and they let themselves down by poor customer service in not really bothering to think about the customer needs and focus more on making quick cash. I have used this garage for several years and other local land rover club members have taken their business elsewhere in recent times. For me standards have dropped a lot and also will be looking to have land rovers looked after by another garage.
